Teen Wellbeing Event in Marlow 12th April
Brighter Futures Together and In Your Element are excited to announce that we have teamed up to hold the FREE Marlow Teen Wellbeing Festival on Friday 12 April from 1pm to 6pm, at the Ark Café, Marlow and other venues in the town centre.
Come and join us and try some new activities for a healthy body and mind and to build confidence to follow your dreams And it’s all FREE!
We’ve got a fantastic afternoon of talks, workshops and taster sessions to try, including:
- Breathwork and Meditation with Kelly Saward, Wellbeing Coach & Author
- Musical Theatre & Film Dance Routines with Grace Millar
- F.I.T. JAM Dance Fitness with Faye
- Tai Chi, incorporating mind and body movement to help calm the mind with Steve Munn from Henley Yoga Studio
- Workshops at Logiscool Marlow on Digital Skills for the future and Generative AI
