FREE COMMUNITY YOGA & MEDITATION ON THE SUMMER SOLSTICE IN MARLOW

Join us for a rejuvenating experience in the lovely green space at Liston Court Gardens. Celebrate the longest day of the year with a blissful session of relaxing Yoga Nidra with Kate from CaraMaya Wellbeing and a Guided Meditation for the Solstice.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, this event is open to all, just bring your mat and wear something comfortable to relax looking up at the sky.

Let’s come together to embrace the energy of the summer solstice, make some time to clear a busy mind, reset and relax outdoors with friends and local community.
